1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Radia, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are using Radia on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.

2. Your account

To use Radia you create an account with your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information, keep it current, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

3. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

Radia offers a free tier and paid Radia Plus subscriptions (monthly and annual). Paid plans, current prices, and any free trial are described on our pricing page.

  • Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed through the app store you purchased from (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play), under that store's payment terms.
  • Auto renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Free trial. If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through your app store subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds. Refunds, where available, are handled by the app store under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

Radia is for your personal, lawful use. You agree not to:

  • Upload photos of anyone other than yourself without their clear consent.
  • Misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
  • Use Radia to break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload harmful or unlawful content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its outputs without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Radia, including its software, design, branding, Glow Score, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the photos and content you provide, and you grant us the limited permission we need to process them so the app can deliver your analysis and routine, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Cosmetic guidance, not medical advice

Important: Radia provides cosmetic skincare guidance only. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any concern about your health or a medical skin condition.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Radia is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy of any analysis, score, or recommendation. Skincare results vary from person to person, and Radia cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radia and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to the service and these terms

We are always improving Radia, so we may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also update these terms. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Radia after an update means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in [your jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise. (This is a placeholder to be completed before launch.)
